2. Artificial Intelligence Outputs & Liability

NouGenAi utilizes advanced generative AI models. By using the platform, you acknowledge:

• Output Accuracy: AI outputs are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.
• Indemnification: Who Visions LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal liabilities resulting from your use of generated outputs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Who Visions LLC assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Outputs generated from your inputs.

Our Technology: The NouGenAi platform, Sol-Ai mesh, brand assets, and underlying proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of Who Visions LLC.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that promotes violence, illegal acts, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, systematically extract data, or bypass our API rate limits and security protocols.
• Deploy automated scripts to scrape the platform without authorization.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
